Parissis Winery is located at “Profitis Elias” area, at Skiathos’ highest spot. Its creators, Giannis Parissis and Maria Koutseri, after many years of hard work, have finally managed to make their dream come true in 2020 In their modern winery, which is surrounded a private vineyard, they produce exceptional, high-quality wines that bear the stamp of Skiathos ecosystem.
Parissis winery welcomes every visitor that wants to admire the wines’ quality and uniqueness in person. The visit includes a tour throughout the vineyard where all the – exclusively Greek-grape varieties are being cultivated, information regarding the process of coltivation, as well as the process of maintaining and taking care of our vineyard. Afterwards, we provide visitors with another tour inside the production, vinification and bottling rooms where you will learn about the different vinification techniques, as well about the specific features that the different grape varieties present. The tour ends up in the wine-tasting room: a simple-design but totally contemporary place! with a panoramic view of Skiathos’ port, where the visitor has the opportunity to relax and taste the exquisite wines of Parissis winery. A normal tasting includes 6 different wines (75ml each) which are, of course, combined with little snacks cheese, tomatoes and nuts You can visit Parissis Winery from Monday to Sunday during the period 10th of May- 10th October. The tour take place at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 17:00 18:00 19:00 daily.
The Winery advises all visitors to contact and arrange their visit to the vineyard in advance so as to avoid overcrowding, according to Could-19 regulations.
